The aim was to organize a press trip to Indonesia for Emirates FAM Trip as part of the presentation of the Business Class and the various products and services available on board and on the ground as well as the promotion of their network of 158 destinations.
A 12-day trip with 4 media invited to discover Jakarta, Bali & Lombok.
The elaboration of the travel roadmap, proposal of a selection of journalists and/or influencers, management of administrative formalities and obtaining visas.
The creation and edition of press kits, press release containers, fact sheets, and other informative documents necessary for the press.
Accompaniment of journalists and/or influencers throughout the trip and on the entire tourist circuit (places and activities) set up as part of the discovery of the country/city.
